Professional installs typically take 1–3 days on-site but 2–6 weeks end-to-end when permits and utility interconnect are included.
Permit & inspection
Your installer files electrical and structural permits. AHJ inspection verifies conduit, disconnects, and fire setbacks per local code.
Utility interconnect
Permission to Operate (PTO) from your utility is the final gate. Some utilities approve in days; others take weeks during busy seasons.
